With the adaptor it fits 2004 - 2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0. The factory inlet elbow is cramped and angular compared to Banks' larger, streamlined cast-metal High-Ram. You don't want to restrict the flow of air exiting inter cooler, unfortunately, that's exactly what stock piece does. This is part #42750 from Banks.

From Banks: The Banks High-Ram and Boost Tube intake system improves airflow efficiency from the inter cooler. This came off my 2007 Ford F550 PowerStroke 6.0. I had to use a metal adaptor see separate listing make it work on this year truck. How it works: An inter cooler increases air density allowing your engine to produce more power.

This results in greater air density, responsiveness and MPG while providing a significant 64 percent reduction pressure loss.
