The product is an OEM genuine Turbo intercooler for a 89-91 Dodge Ram 5.9L 6BT engine, specifically designed by Holset. The truck I was told had 100k miles when this removed to make the inter cooled.

It spins freely, it does have a little side to shaft play but zero in and out.
