I did my best to do the research and this is brand that it shown be. I know this brand usually has no makers plates to indicate its but one a marker plate as shown in pictures showing the building date and that it was imported from China. Cardone Turbocharger for A4 Quattro, 2N-423. This is the turbo only as shown no other accessories for installation.

I don't use turbo so I'm not 100% sure the difference between k1 and K2 but know it has something to do with some type of clearance this one is as shown in photos. It does have a K2 clearance so please know if this is something you can use. This is made by.
